Sending a present to our baby girl...

Today we placed a package in the mail to ship to Priscilla at her orphanage.  We stuffed as much love as we could fit into that tiny box and sent it off, hoping she will receive it.  Here are some of the contents:

We found this sweet baby before we started our adoption process.  We all took turns sleeping with her and filling her with lots of hugs and love before we put her in the mail. :)

We ordered this adorable lovey blanket off etsy.  We have an exact match in Spain, just in case she doesn't get to keep this one when she leaves the orphanage.

Our agency recommended we send "candies" for the nannies and other children.  This about killed Mitchell to send! :)

We sent 2 disposable cameras, hoping that we can get some precious pictures of Priscilla at her orphanage.

We also had two sweet books made for her with our family pictures in them.  Our agency recommends buying 2 of everything you send because sometimes the items are left at the orphanage and won't stay with the kids.

I found a lovely lady in Australia who hand stitched these for me (via etsy).  We couldn't be more pleased, they are gorgeous.  Send me a note if you'd like her website, we can't recommend her enough!!

We added the English names of family members, as well as the pinyin and Characters on this book.  We also added her Chinese name, but I forgot to take a picture of that before we sent it.  The last picture is the book that we have for her in Spain.  For those of you wondering about mèi mei, it means little sister in Chinese :)

The kids also decorated the box with pictures and love. :)  Yes, Truman is laying on the counter, that's just how we roll. :)
