The feeling of hot (but not crazy hot) temperatures and high humidity. The kind of weather that hits you in the face when you leave you house and walk outside
The sound of cicadas calling
The sight of deep green corn field leaves slowly undulating in a slight breeze
The smell of freshly cut grass

Unfortunately, we don't have any of these things in Madrid.
