Tacos and Jesus. That’s really all you need…

We are a group of fathers, husbands, and men that meet irregularly to discuss our lives and to support each other as we try to live out God’s plan for our lives in a fallen world.

We are a super informal group. Many of us travel for work regularly and this makes it difficult to succeed with a rigid structure and agenda.

We do the best we can and God’s big enough to take care of the rest.

Iron sharpens iron,
So one man sharpens another.
— Proverbs 27:17

Q&A

Do I have to be a Christian?
No, you do not have to be a Christian. You are more than welcome to attend if you're just looking to connect with other guys and are open to hearing about how God is working in our lives.

Do I have to like tacos?
Yes, unfortunately this is a dealbreaker. Taco salads are available for those not willing to go all in....

I live outside of Pozuelo de Alarcón and don't have a car. How can I get there?
Well, depending on where you live, someone else might be traveling and can pick you up.

Madrid's public transit system is always an option. If you want to take the Cercanias train to the station C.C. El Barrial someone can pick you up from there.

Is there a lot of homework? I don't really have much time to devote to this.
Trust us, we feel your pain. We're trying to strike a good balance between deepening our relationships with Christ, expanding our bonds with each other, and managing all the other activities life throws at us. Our goal is to limit the homework for each session to 30 minutes or less. Preferably something we can do in the car or during commute hours (like listening to an audio sermon).

If I don’t do the pre-work, do I still get the tacos?
Yes, but you have to eat your chips and guacamole in shame …

What if I don't speak English very well?
Our discussions are conducted in English but many of the participants can also speak Spanish. If you think you can get by with basic English, that's good enough.
